The Winnebago County Health Department works with our partners to provide select data sources to assist with improved public health outcomes for our community. WCHD will not provide individual data or personalized data under any circumstance. All data requests must be approved by an Institutional Review Board process or be part of an Illinois Department of Public Health initiative or requirement such as Community Based Health Assessments.

Providing detailed information will help avoid delays in processing your request. Data requests take a minimum of 10 business days to process. Large or complex requests may take longer.
