Four Steps to Food Safety:

  • CLEAN: Washing your hands and cooking surfaces often
  • SEPARATE: Keep foods separate so you don’t cross contaminate
  • COOK: Make sure foods are cooked to the correct temperature
  • CHILL: Refrigerate leftovers promptly
