The Winnebago County Health Department has launched a Registry for Individuals with Disabilities who may need extra help during an emergency. This registry is for those living independently (not in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities). By securely sharing your information with WCHD, together we can better prepare for and respond to an emergency. Participation is voluntary but encouraged.
