WCHD Launches Emergency Support Registry for Individuals With Disabilities

Winnebago County Health Department has launched a Registry for Individuals with Disabilities who may need additional support during an emergency and who live independently (not in long term care, skilled nursing, or a residential treatment facility). This registry provides a way for residents to share information securely with WCHD so that together we can better prepare for and respond to an emergency. Click below for full press release.
