WINNEBAGO COUNTY – On May 12, 2025, the Winnebago County Health Department (WCHD) joined with Alignment Rockford and community partners to launch Winning Start Winnebago, a new community-wide initiative that provides free home visiting services and resources to support healthy pregnancies, child development, and family bonding, giving every baby in Winnebago County a WINNING START.
