Archive – Board of Health Members Honored for over 25 Years of Service

The Winnebago County Health Department (WCHD) recognized two departing Board of Health members, Dr. Patricia Lewis and Luci Hoover, who have each served more than 25 years, joining the Winnebago County Board of Health in 1998 and serving through 2024. . WCHD staff thanked and honored Dr. Lewis and Luci Hoover, Friday, December 13, for their years of distinguished service to our community and commitment to improving the health of all Winnebago County residents.
