Women can take charge of their heart health by adopting a balanced diet, engaging in regular physical activity, managing stress, and staying on top of routine checkups. WCHD’s WISEWOMAN Program is designed to help women access essential screenings and resources to improve their heart health. Start a Heart Healthy Lifestyle.
