Health Priority Objectives
- By 2030, reduce adverse maternal and child health outcomes, including maternal mortality, severe maternal morbidity, preterm births, infant mortality, and low birth weight, by 10%
- By 2030, reduce the infant morality rate for Black/African American infants by 10%
- By 2030, reduce the percentage of low birth weight infants in the Black/African American population by 10%
- By 2030, reduce the severe maternal morbidity (SMM) rate in Black/African American women by 10%.
- By 2030, reduce the percentage of pregnancies conceived within 18 months of a previous birth by 10%
